A good workout on a gray chilly day. Plan called for 3 x 2 miles at HMP with 3 minute recovery jog. I walked for water every two miles as part of the recovery. 366' elev. gain, 380' loss. I aimed for 8:35-8:45. Pace felt comfortable except on the final one when running uphill. Got bitten by a dog in the last half mile. I didn't stop my watch immediately, so was probably going faster than 9:21 pace.
