Faster effort today, despite being tired from too little sleep. 5 minute walk then .5 at 5.4, .5 at 5.5 then 2 minutes at 6.0-6.1 and 2 minutes at 5.5, 5.6 for the next 3 miles. No walk breaks, but I jogged at 5.2 for a minute every 11 minutes and took a water break at 3.25. HR felt higher than 158.
