Good run on another H&H day. Walked .8 first to loosen up stiff legs. Then progression 5.6 to 6.6 to 6.1, doing 1 minute, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 7, 6, 5, 1,1,1,1,1. It was enjoyable and the time went pretty quickly. Elevation gain 165'. Then I walked another .3 to cool down. Afterward, my left leg felt weird. I didn't want to put weight on it and walking was a bit painful. Hopefully not another sfx.
