Good run. Legs were stiff, but not sore. Glutes and hamstrings complained a bit, but not seriously. I slowed down a lot in town, between lights, sidewalks, etc. I stopped my watch at one point and didn't restart it for a few blocks, so the time on that mile was wonky as it registered that distance as walking or standing still. 363' elev. gain. Overall the paces felt comfortable.
