Good run, though it felt like more of an effort than I expected. I think I was still tired from workout on Tuesday. Plan called for 4 miles at HM pace plus 1 at 10k to HM pace. I was a little fast, but not too much for a tempo run. I set Virtual Pacer at 8:40, which helped. Wind from NW was noticeable. 340' elev. gain, 307' loss.
