Good run on the new G'burg course. Colder day than forecast. I was tired, but the run went well. Hills were effortless. Run felt like it was downhill both ways. 565' elev. gain per Garmin, but no big hills, just 50' or so. I walked fairly often to slow down or to drink or to check directions. Goal was 10:15 minute miles, but I ended up a lot faster without trying. Gu at 5, 10, 15.
