Hard run. Today was supposed to be a rest day, but we're travelling on Sunday, so I went ahead and ran anyway. That may have been a mistake. I had no energy, so it was difficult. Walk for water at 3, 5, 7. Took a break in the shade at 4.9. Felt a little nauseous from lunch.
