Notes

A bit of a struggle, thanks to my cold. I didn't cough while running, but did before and after, and my energy is low. Still, I finished. 1 mile w/u 5.0-5.4, then 2 miles each 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8 1/2 mi 5.9, 6.0, 6.1, then 1.5 cool down mixture of 5.0-5.8. Gatorade at 3, 5, gu and water at 7, water at 9.
