Notes

Rainy day so I ran inside. I walked a mile first to warm up and loosen glutes. Didn't help. They were painful the whole time, so I cut the run short. Kept pace between 6.0 - 6.7, using short intervals. It went quickly. I hurt too much to do any speedwork.
