Progressive run, 1/4 mile each:

walk, 5.0, 5.1, etc. to 6.2, 6.0, 5.8, 7.0, 6.0, 5.8, 5.7

First two miles felt hard, but it got easier after that. 7.0 felt good, then 6.0 felt easy.

Hamstrings were very tight afterwards.
