Good TM run. w/u was .25 each 5.5-5.8, then .5 each 5.9-6.4-6.0. I did the first 3 miles w/o a break, then had to stop every mile to stretch hamstrings. Foot was very painful at first, but I loosened the laces and that helped a bit.
