I didn't intend to run today, but the clouds and relative coolness made it tempting. DP was 70, so it felt really humid. I was fine the first couple of miles, then the humidity got to me. Leg was low level pain for the first mile, then I didn't notice it until the last mile when it became very painful. Still, it was good to be outside again. 398' elev. gain.
