Good run, but hard. Legs were tired and I didn't have a lot of energy. Gu at 6 helped. Water every two miles, but I didn't drink enough: 2, 4, 6, 8.5, 11. Some stomach upset since I ran after lunch. Used Virtual Pacer to keep pace between 10:00 - 10:30. Still too fast. Hills felt hard, but I did run them all.
