Good run on the TM, despite only 3 hours sleep last night. Elevation gain 326'.
25 minute warm-up 5.3 - 6.0
6 x (3 minutes at 5k pace + 2 minutes recovery)
Fast was mostly 7.5 with some 7.6, recovery @ 5.5, 5.6
Cooldown was 6.0 to 6.4 to 6.0 (1 minute at 6.0, 6.1, 2 minutes at 6.2, 3 minutes @ 6.3, 4 minutes @ 6.4 then reverse)
Fast pace felt more comfortable, but I was still pushing. My recovery felt easier this time. I didn't need to walk to recover.
