Good run. A little informal speed work. First time running Program 2, with some modifications, plus extra 1.5 miles. Ended up with first 6 mile run. Short one minute intervals at 6.0 or 6.1, most of the rest at 5.4 - 5.6. Didn't do the faster segments this time. I had more energy today. (Carbs for breakfast instead of eggs). Right hip was very tight afterwards and left ITB. No pain, just stiff.
