Fairly hard run, since I went into it with no energy and no desire to work out. After a couple of miles it got better though, and the last two miles went well. I did take breaks or I wouldn't have gone more than two miles. w/u was 5.5-6.0. Then I alternated 6.0 with 6.1-6.5 in various durations. I wanted to keep the pace easy but it rarely felt all that easy though my HR never got that high thanks to the breaks.
