Did my easiest long run route, with no big hills. Only 223' elev. gain. Used virtual pacer to keep pace slowish. It didn't help all that much in terms of energy. Felt tired from yesterday's hike so struggled a bit, mentally more than physically. Felt hot in the sun. Took water every two miles, gel at 8. Walked at water breaks and on last hill.
