900+ elev gain (per RA map, or 527' according to the Garmin)
Run felt hard, though I ran it slowly. Ended up walking some hills and walking past dogs. Stopped at CG for a water/food break too. I ran too soon after eating lunch, so I had bad cramps for about 2 miles. Drank some, but not enough, I think. Ate 3 shot bloks. They didn't help with energy. Right leg got tighter and tighter and finally I called Jim for a ride because it was getting painful. Got on the TM and finished the distance, but it wasn't ideal.
