Good interval run. Plan called for five 600 meter intervals at 5k pace. My paces were a bit too fast: 7:41, 7:46, 7:42, 7:41, and 7:47 rather than the 7:55 I was aiming for. (RA changed the numbers to 7:42 for each. Odd.) Legs felt a bit tired after finishing the intervals, but running at marathon pace felt like recovery pace. 470' elev. gain, 486' loss.
