Notes
Mostly good run. Humidity was really low and the sky had smoke haze so wasn't as sunny as usual, so I ran from the Library to Menno Haven and back. First 4 miles felt fine, but then my left leg tightened up a lot so I did walk/run to get back. Water breaks at 2.3, 3.2, 4.2 and 5.5. Heat didn't bother me that much except when I stopped for one of the lights and got dizzy.
