Good run. Sluggish to start, but I warmed up pretty quickly. Tempo intervals felt hard, since I'm not used to running that fast. Was very ready to stop. I wanted to do 1 mile at 6.5, but didn't think I could sustain it and didn't want to risk injury.
2 mile warm-up: 1/4 mile segments walk-5.2- 5.8
1 mi @ 6.3 + 1/4 mile 5.4
1 mi @ 6.4 + 1/4 mi 5.4
1/4 mi 6.3, 6.4, 6.3, 6.4
1/2 mile cool down 5.6 - 5.4
