Good run on the TM. First two miles were my usual progressive warmup: 2 minutes each 5.4-6.2, then I alternated 1 minute hard, one easy with hard being progression from 7.0 to 7.7 and back to 7.3 and easy was 5.8-6.0. Only 119' elev. gain. Legs are still surprisingly stiff and painful overall, but I can run without much pain.
