Good run on a chilly but sunny afternoon. I skipped walk intervals, focusing on running easy on the flat sidewalks and roads. Miles 2 and 3 had some trail, so were slow, especially where it was muddy or steep. After that I went a bit too fast, but it didn't feel hard. 145' elev. gain
