Good run on a beautiful cool spring day. After two rest days, I had more energy so the run felt easier. I did fairly consistent w/r and took water breaks and a POP break. 376' elev. gain, 398' loss. Glutes started acting up around mile 8, but the walk intervals helped keep it down.
