Awful run. I ran too soon after eating, so my stomach was nauseous. Wind was in my face, so allergies were really bad. Coughed a lot. Hamstring hurt. Heat got to me too. Stopped to rest several times. No energy. Cut the run short because I was doing so badly. Ran all hills. 352' elev. gain.
