Hard run. My breathing has been bad all day, so it was hard to run. My HR didn't get that high, but I kept the intense bits short w/ only 10 one minute strides.

2.25 mile warmup - 5.1 -5.6

2.5 miles alternating 5.5 and 7.1, using speed program 3, modified.

.25 cool down

Fast felt too fast.
