Cold day with winds from SE made it a bit hard to breathe. I'm not sure the Garmin was correct, since it said I was going much faster (8:45) than it felt like I was going. I slowed down anyway, but timing felt off. 509' elev. gain, 521' loss. Walked for water at 3, 5, 8. Glutes and hamstrings started out okay, but were very tight and sore by the end.
