First outdoor run post-injury. No pain while running, but quite a bit a few hours afterwards and very stiff all over.
Jog - walk with 6/1 intervals. It was much harder than I expected. I had trouble breathing, and felt very sluggish. Hills were hard. Should have done a much shorter run, or walked more.
