Good TM run on a rainy day.
w/u - 1.5 miles 5.5-6.1
Then 6 x (2:30 at 7.5 with 2:00 recovery)
3 x 1 minute at 7.6 with 1-2 minutes recovery

HR was mostly in the 160s. Never dropped below 150 between reps. That made the intervals feel harder. I was glad I didn't have more to do.. 7.6 felt very hard.
