Good TM run. First half was modified 30 min. program alternating 5.8-6.0 with 6.1-6.4. Second half was alternating 1 minute each 6.0 and 7.0 to 7.6 to 7.0. Hamstrings hurt at fastest paces, but were okay at slower paces.
