Good run, though I really resisted getting started today. I did a modified 30 minute program alternating 3 minutes at 6.0-6.2 with 1 minute at 5.7, which felt easy, then did 4 miles alternating 1 minute at 6.0 with 1 @ 7.2-6.1. Fast paces were hard to sustain and strained the glute a bit, but I did what I set out to do. I took a break every mile or so for water or to get HR down. (It peaked at 172).
