Good workout on a rainy day. Legs felt better, though still tight. Run was progressive for the first 5 miles 5.7 to 6.5, changing with each song after I'd warmed up at 5.2-5.6. Elev. gain 130' - most of it was at 0 or .5 to keep it easy. HR still went up to 170. Last mile was 6.4-6.2.
