Notes

Easy recovery run, mostly at 0 incline to rest hamstring. Only 44' elev. gain.

warmup 5.4-5.7, then pace varied between 5.8-6.3 alternating moderate and easier.

Breathing has been an issue all week, so keeping it slow helped. I don't know if it's allergies or iron issues, but it was nice to be able to breathe.
