Another warm sunny day, but with low humidity. I ran in town to get shade. Went from park to park. Pace was slow thanks to many stops for lights and traffic, plus gravel at Nitterhouse Park. Still, it wasn't a bad run. Leg mostly behaved, after the first mile when I felt like I was staggering.
