Elev. 261' Recovery run?
Legs were slow and heavy after yesterday's long run, but I couldn't force myself to run as slowly as I needed to make it feel easy. Breathing was hard on the hills. Even the downhills didn't feel all that easy. But I ran farther than originally intended. Legs didn't hurt while running, though I was very stiff and sore last night and this a.m.
