Another H&H day, so I was back on the TM. 2 mile warmup (after half mile walk on the TM) 5.6-6.1, doing one minute, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 5. Then I did intervals: 1 minute @ 8.0, 1.5 at 7.9, 2 @7.8, 2.5 at 7.7, 3 @ 7.6, 3.5 @7.5, 3 @ 7.4, 2.5 @7.3, 2 @ 7.2 with equal recoveries. Cool down was 1 mile 2 minutes each 6.0 - 6.3 - 6.1. It was a hard workout, but fun. Legs were not much of a problem, though the pain/tightness was there. Breathing was more of an issue.
