1/4 mile warmup - walking. Then progressive ea. 1/2 mile 5.1 - 5.7.
No knee pain today, but a little stomach cramp at about 2 miles.
A couple of short breaks at 3.0 and 4.0 to get water and start dinner made the higher speeds feel easier.
