Good run. Walked .3 to warm up, then did Speed program that alternated 1 minute hard/1 minute easy, followed by another 5 miles that did the same but at higher speeds. First section was 6.6-7.2/5.7, second was 8.0-6.1/5.8-6.0. Leg hurt at faster paces, but my lungs were okay for such short intervals. I did overheat near the end and ended up hyperventilating a bit, but it soon passed.
