Morning run since I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep, so I walked Buddy after breakfast, took a break, then went for my run. Legs were tired and breathing was off, but all in all it wasn't bad. 400' elev. gain, 411' loss. w/r was more consistent since I was tired. Streets were wet with snowmelt, which slowed me down at times.
