I really wasn't in the mood today, so I put it off as long as possible. I was a bit tired from yesterday's tempo run and hamstrings were a little sore but they were okay when I wasn't pushing the pace. I did a progression 5.5-6.0, then alternated 6.0 with 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.4, 6.3, 6.2, and 6.1. Incline stayed at 1, so elevation gain was 237'.
