Good long run. Nice route. A bit hard, but not too bad. 547' elev. gain per Garmin, 820' per RA. Wanted to keep pace around 10:15 and mostly succeeded. Walked for water every 2 or 3 miles. Gu at 5 and 10. West wind made the return journey harder. Hamstring and OP hurt off and on from 8-12, and afterwards. Very tired at the end, but I was still running well.
