Notes
Not a lot of energy today. First half of run was good. Tried to slow down, but even with the hills, my average pace was higher than it should have been. Around mile 8.5 I started having trouble with hills. Pelvic sfx started hurting. I rested a bit. Then walked a bit, then rested a bit more. Couldn't find any energy. Ate a GU and drank more water. Started over again at 10.75 and ran the last 2.6. It felt slow, but the pace was okay. Feel very tired afterward and a bit achy, but not in pain.
