Rainy afternoon, so I ended up doing a late run on the TM. 20 min. warmup - 5.6-6.5 (2 minutes each), then HMP intervals - 5x 4 minutes at 6.9-7.1 with 2 minutes recovery. Last 10 minutes was descent from 6.9-6.0

Breathing was an issue but my legs mostly behaved.
