Notes
Good run on a gravel road in Michaux state forest. The section I followed was gently rolling, without any big climbs. I started out slow, with no energy, but it got easier as I warmed up. I ran about a mile on the AT at the end, which slowed me down but was fun because it was flat easy trail, aside from a lot of roots I had to dodge. I did occasional walk intervals to ease my legs and lungs, but mostly was fine with easy running. In mile 5 I stopped to answer the phone and forgot to stop my watch for about 30 seconds, so the actual mile was faster than it appears. 255' elev. gain.
