Intermittent pain made this run a bit iffy, but mostly it was okay until about mile 4. w/u was 2 minutes each 5.5-5.9, then 2 minutes each 6.0, 6.1, 6.0, 6.2, 6.0, 6.3, 6.0, 6.4, 6.0, 6.5 - then the same back to 6.1. Foot and hip hurt more at faster paces, so I needed the recoveries. I still needed a stretch break every mile.
