Good run on a cool sunny day. No wind. I had enough energy to do the hill in the Gems I don't always run. 446' elev. gain. I didn't try to fartlek, I just ran mostly easy. w/r intervals were not consistent, sincet I saved the walk intervals for the end of the uphills, not the downhill parts. I walked past a few dogs that were too interested in me, including one that charged me.
