1/4 mi warm up, then continuous run for 3.25, progressive 5.0 - 5.3, with last 1/4 mi decreasing 5.4 - 5.2

Leg hurt off and on while running - fairly low level (2-3). Some pain afterwards, but not acute. I shouldn't be running at all.
