Good run on a cold windy day (17 mph from west). I did about 8 strides on the hilly route. (I lost count.) 530' elev. gain, 540' loss. Walked for water at 3 and 5. Worked on glutes when I remembered. It definitely makes a difference in cadence, but it also can be a bit painful with more tightness in glutes. OTOH, my hamstrings didn't hurt and the glutes didn't hurt afterwards.
