Hilly run (419' elev. gain, 433' down). Not a lot of speed in me, but I was able to do about 8 'strides' from miles 3-7. Ran the hills, but walked a bit during mile 6. Not one of my faster runs on this loop, but I wasn't pushing the pace either. Legs were stiff and sore afterwards, but only stiff at the beginning of the run.
