Good long run. 1000' elev. gain. Got into a nice rhythm that felt very comfortable. Last 3 miles I slowed down. Had to walk part of the hill on Leafmore, but ran the others. Water and handful of raisins at 5 1/2 - some stomach upset but it passed quickly. Orange gel at 8 - bad stomach cramps.
